The one created by siphs.com lets you customize the html of the tell-a-friend email without any knowledge of HTML itself – they give you a pretty neat AJAX interface to make the email look the way you want. It will also give you some graphs on what’s being shared and info on who is doing the sharing. Anyway, like I said, there are a bunch of them out there!
