Pada kali ini, saya akan menunjukkan beberapa langkah untuk memohon kad debit Public Bank Visa Electron.

1. Anda perlu mendaftar di mana-mana cawangan bank Public Bank. Minta borang permohonan kad debit Visa Electron dan isi borang tersebut. Seperti biasa, anda perlu mengisi beberapa maklumat seperti nama, alamat dan lain-lain maklumat yang diperlukan.

2. Semasa permohonan kad debit ini, anda tidak perlu membayar apa-apa bayaran, tetapi pihak bank menghantar surat kepada pemohon selepas 3 minggu dari tarikh permohonan dibuat. Anda perlu datang ke bank di mana permohonan dibuat dan mendepositkan sejumlah RM25 ke dalam akaun kad debit Public Bank anda. Kos atau caj ini adalah merupakan nilai duit perlu ada setiap masa di dalam akaun kad debit.

3. Dalam tempoh seminggu, insyaAllah kad debit anda akan siap diproses. Anda akan dihantar satu surat yang menyatakan kad anda telah siap diproses dan perlu diambil di cawangan tempat anda memohon kad itu. Atau, pihak cawangan bank akan menghubungi anda melelui telefon. Semasa di bank, anda akan dikehendaki tandatangan dan lain-lain perkara yang diperlukan. Selepas itu anda akan menerima sepucuk surat lagi daripada pihak bank berkenaan nombor pin kad debit untuk kegunaan di mesin ATM.

Perkara penting:

* Pastikan setiap masa anda mempunyai nilai wang minimum RM25 di dalam akaun kad debit anda.

* Pastikan anda merahsiakan no kad debit anda terutama 3 digit no yang tertera di belakang kad. Tiga digit ini digunakan untuk tujuan pengesahan bahawa anda adalah pemilik kad yang sebenar semasa pembelian di online.

* Jika anda tiada mempunyai akaun simpanan Public Bank, anda masih boleh membuat permohonan kad debit ini.
